A hobbled Zach Mettenberger may not have been the best quarterback at LSU's Tuesday practice. But the fifth-year senior pushed through with the pain of his sprained right ankle and the burden of Saturday's loss to Alabama still apparent.

"I just got a sprained ankle," he said. "It was tough moving around (practice) with a sprained ankle, doing drops and stuff. I was still able to go through practice. If I practiced today I think I'll practice next Monday."

I mean I guess there's a small hitch in his movement.
Nothing as dramatic as at the end of the game.

Tua has a chance of being the cfb Cautionary Tale of our lifetime. The all time what could have been story. I hope he goes to a good team and rides the pine for a year and just gets stronger and stronger and can overcome this. The whole thing is just sad.

Was walking completely normally by the time he got to the bench on the sideline.
Mettenberger is a microcosm if the entire LSU fanbase.

Certainly not worthy of the Mettenberger Crawl.

No he wasn't.
Did you even watch it?

Heard that Rex Ryan comment, too. He also said that "Tua is the biggest physical risk in the history of the draft" based on the risk/reward dynamic.

got rolled up by an OL and literally hobbled all the way to the sideline. Thereafter, every shot of him shows a noticeable limp. Did you even watch what you posted or do you try to convince yourself (and everyone else) you’re seeing something that isn’t there?

Rex Ryan also called Amari Cooper a turd.

Its basically Drew Brees but in draft form.
Interesting since his skill set also draws plenty of comparisons to Brees also.
That said, I dont see him going in the top 5 unless someone is absolutely in love with him.

I mean its easy to see he's trying to deflect the Tua criticism.
He brought up something that happened 7 years ago to counter a very recent event.
Nevermind that the game was over and Zach had nothing to gain by faking an injury.

Tuna's little brother is like:
"Dude, why are you crying? Mom and Dad have to pay for their house now, and you're the one who is crying? Grow up."

Did you?
Looks pretty damn normal. Especially for a guy who was crawling like a little bitch 15 seconds earlier.

The Dolphins “flunked” Drew Brees on their physical too. Turns out they were wrong.

Good thing they were, or Saban would've never come to A1abana.
