Oof. Overpaid. Worse coverage rating on PFF than Janoris Jenkins this year. Not good.

Respect to Marlon for the classy comments regarding his dad:
quote:

"My dad kept me in line," Marlon said. "Since I was young, I told my dad I wanted to play in the NFL and he never really let me slip."

He continued ... "My dad has been so much more than just a father. He coached me as a kid. He's actually been my everything for me, along with my mom."

"I really thank him a lot for what he's done and I know he'll continue to be a great father to me and hopefully, one day, I get a family I can treat my sons and my daughters the way my dad has treated me and my brothers and sisters"

Yep I ran track with him. His mom, coach barb, was our coach in middle school. Also smoked weed with him and some other people in high school. Great family I' glad for them.

That entire 2015-16 secondary was amazing.

As a Ravens fan, he's worth every penny. Congrats to him.

Ravens fan,

He is the only one that showed up vs the Chiefs. Heavy hitter.

Amazing player. The trick play KO vs Clemson will always be what I remember him most for...

Nobody cares about Thompson. When I was in HS not only was Thompson complete trash, but y'all weren't even in the same classification as us

Now in 6th grade, 120 pound pee wee football, Thompson was our stiffest competition. It was always baffling how y'all completely dropped off after that and sucked all through middle and high school

Yes it was. I wonder who was the Defensive Coordinator that helped recruit all those guys.

They were decent under Kirby, but under Pruit they were different.

Pruitt brought the pain. Kirby brought a bowl cut

Bama definitely in the top 5 for DBU. Ohio state and Florida and bama can’t fight it out for 2nd 3rd and 4th

Alabama has like 15 former Dbs on active rosters. The 2nd highest paid CB in Humphrey and the 2nd highest paid safety in Eddie Jackson.

Alabama has more DBs, more starting Dbs, more 1st rd Dbs, and bigger contracts.

LSU did close the gap significantly on Alabama in Linebackers though.

Sorry not sorry for monkey stomping Hoover twice last year in route to a state title.

No idea. I find it amusing though that a school that wasn't "even in the same classification" is still in an area with a significantly lower population but has made Hoover it's bitch. Hoover's, what, 1-3 vs Thompson in their last 4 games? Even splitting the area 50/50 with Spain Park, Hoover would still beat Alabaster pop wise by 10k.
