Alabama fans are not concerned about Miles or his gang banger buddy.
I am concerned though that some type of charges may be brought against Nate Oats for what he has done to Matt McMahon the past three seasons.

That her boyfriend, Cedric whatever his name is, hasn’t also been charged with a crime is one of the most absurd things I could imagine happening in this case - but here we are.

He sought out the confrontation, with his gun, and his gun was the first one at the scene. Those are facts that have been undisputed. Whether he fired his gun first or not has been a point of contention. Regardless, if he hadn’t driven around looking for a gun fight, she’d still be alive.
Lucky for him, the Tuscaloosa DA cut him one hell of a deal after he skipped town and they couldn’t find him. Funny how that works.
