He was offered a surgical mask so he could speak with Miles but he didn't want to look ridiculous so he just did a quick shake. Pretty classy move if you ask me.

So Petrino gets blasted for pointing at his "friend" Miles, then gets called a pussy for trying to prevent Miles for getting sick? Sounds like CBS and the whole Tiger nation owes Petrino an apology.
The "Oh WOW" by Les Miles was probably a reaction to how nasty Petrino's cough was.
