Arkansas will always be Arkansas. Your best seasons were very brief when Petrino was there. Y’all belong in what’s left of the big 12..Ark will NEVER compete for SEC and National Championships. Pittman came in when nobody else wanted that job and has done good for what he has to work with. Name one veteran accomplished head coach that would come to Ark..I’ll wait. Wake up and realize y’all will never be more than a Miss St/Kentucky type program. Root for your piggies and be happy they are competing.

You beat Arkansas in the 2008 Cotton Bowl when we didn’t have a head coach and players not even mentally prepared. You really think Mizzou played the same team that just beat #1 LSU at Baton Rouge?

Why is Mizzou is the SEC. Quite simple...we bring far, far more TV viewers to the SEC network that arkansas.

And let's just be honest, while others schools in the SEC can rightfully claim dominance over us, arkansas can't...and that really sticks in craw.

So you admit it’s not because of your sports programs at Mizzou. Which largely sucks. Good thing the state of Missouri has a bunch of people in it or y’all would still be in the Big 12 about to be downgraded to G5 status.

Missouri is hands down the better competitor when it comes to SEC sports.
We pretty much own the hogs in all revenue generating sports. That being said, I think the Titboss will turn the corner soon. Probably against Florida.

These days, my friend, with all joking aside, conferences rarely care about how athletic school programs may be (nor do conferences care about geographical location). It is all about generating revenue for networks and schools.
