Of course you don't. It involves a future in the NFL.

so no future for west coast players unless they go to Oklahoma? Can't get to NFL via USC, UCLA, Standfore, Oregon, Arizona, etc?

get real

Over the past 5 years, you've pulled 8 4/5 star recruits from Cali. That's less than two a year.

And you've pulled just ONE composite 4 star from Florida.

Texas is always, always, always going to be the state you need most for talent, and right now you only have ONE recruit in the top 100: #80.

Texas is a big part of our recruiting but we recruit nationally, numbnuts. We even recruit in SEC country now as well. We're pulling kids from New Orleans up to Canada and from Cali to Baltimore. Keep dreaming....

That's a pretty good pipeline man. Not many schools pull that outside their surrounding states. Also I go more off of rivals and that number comes to 11, but it is subjective. Either way that's a nice pipeline.

Theres literally been no change since the big 12 split.

I agree, not really a change for OU.

For A&M, a big change since Sumlin and joining SEC.

how good are those players from Cali. I didn't see any talent on that team last year.

I think the best playres in Cali go play for Oregon, Standford, USC, and UCLA.

A bet on what?

A bet on your final 247 composite team ranking. Give me an over/under for the ranking OU will achieve. Meaning, do you think they'll get at least a top 10 class? Top 15? Top 20? Top 25? Your choice.

I think programs in a small state like that will struggle in the modern era. too many programs trying to be competitive in football now, Okla's glory years were prior to schools like TCU, Baylor, Boise State, etc being a factor.

I think most recruits will prefer to go to a viable program in Texas vs a viable one in Oklhoama.

And you would be wrong. Sorry man but the numbers don't lie OUs recruiting is right where its always been. Top 5-15 nearly every year since stoops has been here.
