haha thank god. Although several very cute girls from my high school went there; I couldn't do it though. Stupidest "traditions" I've ever witnessed.

Me either.

But I would say that there is little correlation between GPA and intelligence there is a fairly large correlation between ACT/SAT scores and intelligence.

True. ACT score doesn't mean everything though.

So You are on record saying LSU goes 6-6 next year? Wanna make a wager on that?

Would say 3 losses would send me in a downward spiral of alcoholism.....regular season that is.

One loss would as well, but in a good alcoholism sort of way.

On a side note, who does Ole Miss have behind Snead in case he goes down?

I'd say we're pretty fricked. Ole Miss' season depends on 1 thing: injuries. If we have no major injuries, then we there's a very good chance we win the West. If we lose Snead, we're fricked.

A 9-3 season will be an extreme disappointment for Ole Miss students next year. Go hate yourself you stupid fricking GDI I cannot stand you at all.

Disappointment does not = hell breaking lose. Severe disappointment, yes (5 losses).

Actually, I was thinking more like 8-5 after their bowl game.

That's a hard question to answer. Since it would be a disappointment to me if we don't win the west with the players we have coming back and an additional year of Austin and Nix working their magic...I guess so.

Yeah I agree. That kid from Oklahoma might be good in a year or two but he looked absolutely dismal during spring practice. He was throwing balls ten feet over receivers heads, behind guys, etc. It was pitiful.

And I can't stress enough that those who are simply content with "a 9-3 season" are probably Mike Bianco supporters (i.e. fine with underachieving). While we do NOT have the talent that Alabama and LSU have this year (but we probably never will) the schedules set up so favorably for Ole Miss that not going to Atlanta will be a complete disappointment.

Eventually Ole Miss fans need to stop being satisfied with mediocrity.

So if you are not to be satisfied with mediocrity, and Houston Nutt posts 4-7 and 5-6 back to back in his 7th and 8th seasons at Ole Miss, I suppose you'd be ready for a change then.

Thats what I thought...

Then your math is wrong b/c the guy said he gets upset when we lose one, and you said we would be crying 5 more times. If we lose 5 games, I will be pissed.

Comparing season wins and "Mike Bianco" supporters is a pretty fricking stupid argument. You are arguing regular season wins. Bianco was at least tied with the MOST wins in the nation during the regular season IIRC. If anything, the OM baseball team overachieved. Thanks to Mike Bianco....

And you said that you came hear strictly because of the accounting school. That tells me that you really didn't give a shite about OM sports until you got here, so what makes you so much more special than fans who grew up rooting for the Rebels.

I actually think that this has nothing to do with you rooting for your team to win, rather you just want bragging rights over your old cronies in Texass.

As much as i want to win championships, I do realize that Ole Miss just isn't a place where you can win one at a drop of a hat.

OM baseball has had a huge disadvantage compared to LSU/FSU/Cal St.'s/etc. OM basically took a 25 year hiatus from the national scene. You are NOT going to build a baseball program from the ground up in 9 years to a NC contender. Now whether he does it while your still here or when you leave and never give a shite about OM sports again has yet to be determined.

Our "mediocrity" doesn't have as much to do with the coaches rather it has everything to do with our tiny budget and extremely small fanbase/alumni.
