I'll accept losing one. At two it gets questionable. But at 3 losses all hell will break loose in Oxford (serious).

Are you kidding me? Because losing 3 is underachieving. Only Mike Bianco would be happy losing 3 games this year; and he's from the North Pole.

You can tell that you're a student who knows nothing about Ole Miss football.

At 5 losses all hell breaks loose in oxford.
At 3, there will certainly be some dissapointment, but most people will be fine as long as we are still in the running for the west.

If it wasn't 1991 or 1992 we either won 9 or 10 games. It's been the seventies since we've lost less than three games.
We've lost three a bunch, but there have not been a ton of 2 loss seasons in Oxford since Vaught was coaching.

History says America wasn't going to elect a black president.

How'd that work out?

Actually, history could be used as a clear indication that the election of a black president was inevitable. Bad analogy.

But I agree that past Ole Miss squads have no bearing on this year's team. I'm still pissed that we got fricking arse raped by Ole Miss last year. Pay back is gonna be sweet, especially with their lofty expectations.

On a side note, who does Ole Miss have behind Snead in case he goes down?

If you use that for president you can use it for Ole Miss.

Nathan Stanley. He's a big 6' 5" Native American kid from Oklahoma. He had a scholarship offer to Okie heavy. Either a RS freshman or Sophomore. Great passer, but probably isn't ready to handle the game mentally, of course snead wasn't ready to handle the game mentally until about midway through last season. We aren't going to win the west without snead, but we'll def have a winning record.
We also have Billy Tapp whose been our #2 string QB for the past two years but fell behind Stanley in spring.

A 9-3 season will be an extreme disappointment for Ole Miss students next year. Go hate yourself you stupid fricking GDI I cannot stand you at all.

Good luck with that payback crap. We won't take it so easy on you this year.

On a side note, who the hell do you have starting for you this year, much less if the starter goes down? You should be much more concerned about the unproven QBs you have.

Well that's debatable. I'm not sure that with the direction the SEC is going that Ole Miss is some rising power. I think this year is a unique opportunity for you all though.

I lived through last year, so I imagine I'll survive this year as I'm expecting better than 8-5. You boys are going down this year though I believe. I had a hunch we weren't gonna win against you guys last year I was just a little shocked at how ugly it got.

You know...I've alway thought they created the SEC rant to keep other schools' fans from annoying the LSU fans. As more and more of the LSU fans start creeping over here, I'm starting to understand that this was created to keep the rest of us from seeing how dumb most of the LSU fan base really is.

I believe it serves a dual purpose.

We'll see buddy. It'll be a tough game for us no doubt, I'm not arguing that.

Well, it's looking like Jefferson, who should be much improved this year and had a fantastic bowl game performance. With Lee backing him up, which I feel comfortable with as Lee has great talent he just needed to pick up the mental part of the game which comes with experience. And I think we used him incorrectly.

Not to mention Shep likely getting snaps in situational circumstances to run option and other spread plays. I'm feeling okay with our QB depth.

Who says I'm not? Though I am optimistic. It was a legitimate question b/c I don't know Ole Miss' depth chart. Defensive much?

For those who are brainless, quite possibly.

Go hate yourself you stupid fricking GDI I cannot stand you at all.

That's the last straw, from now on I cut my self vertically.
I'm 4th generation Ole Miss on one side, and 2nd on the other
I went to my first Ole Miss game at 8th months, the season opener against Southern Illinois.
My Father took my 6 months pregnant mother down to Baton Rouge for a football game.

I turned down better options, UGA and Tennessee because I loved Ole Miss, because It would let down my family if I went somewhere else, because it would let down my state if I went somewhere else.

Meanwhile, you're at Ole Miss because you couldn't get into Texas, Texas A&M or any school worth a shite in Texas, and because Ole Miss has the cheapest out of state tuition.

I apologize for the lack of maturity in my post, but I think this is the only way you would get what I'm trying to say.

And it doesn't bother me a damn bit that you can't stand me, It just bothers me that you go around trying to make Ole Miss look bad, when it already has a shitty reputation.

And if you think this is gonna win you votes you're sadly mistaken.
Ole Miss is 65% GDI, and 90% of those people can't stand the greeks.

LSU is not a huge fan of Greeks, so you're not gonna get a ton of support there either

That's true. He may be too cool for them, but at least he can brag about how many underlings he has.
Lucky guy, wish I could live such a deep and meaningful life.
