Apparently not seeing as players who sign a contract with, practice with, play games with, and represents an NBA team, is not an NBA player.
Allowing G-League players back is one of the reasons the SEC is getting dick slapped for trying to prevent NFL preseason players from returning.

Prove me wrong. You can't. Brent Austin, a former cb from Cal was cut from the Broncos after the last preseason game. Is he now a former NFL player ? No, LOL.

You just demonstrated that you don't understand the case.
It's not an eligibility case at a higher level.
This is a case to determine if conferences are allowed to have their own rules.

Add to this that if the Amateurism Blanket rule was actively in effect and fully binding, the players could not have legally entered the portal, and teams couldn't touch them. But the NCAA allowed them into the portal.
