Football Transfer Rule Question

Is there is still a one year sit out if you try to transfer within the conference during the spring window? Or was it updated.
I don’t understand the claims of poaching in spring games bc you can’t even transfer within the conference during that window without sitting a year. Why is that one only sane rule the NCAA enforces on transfers in the NIL era if it’s still active?

If a SEC football player chooses to transfer in the spring window he can transfer to any school (other than another SEC school) and play right away.
No SEC football player can transfer to another SEC school in the spring window.
No SEC football player can transfer to another SEC school in the spring window.

I’m glad we have that rule. Poaching each other during spring to play right away would be bush league.

It’s a Conference rule that’s universal, the reason the NCAA transfer rule got canned was bc the judge found irregularities on how it was enforced. Why some players got waivers and others didn’t.
