The only 4D Fulmer plays with are his own man-boobs.

UT is still paying him, why would he take another gig till he collects all of his buyout money.

It's not like he wouldn't get the same amount of money. Even Derek Dooley managed to find legitimate employment. Butch, OTOH, is content to be the team mascot without ever realizing that everyone --including his new employer-- is making fun of him.

Someone convinced Mike Shula that he should have an ego. He then found it difficult to reconcile the issue of his termination. As a result he burned every bridge imaginable in Tuscaloosa.

King Fulmer has spent the last year carefully moving chess pieces, scheming, and digging up dirt on Germy Proot. When Saban finally leaves and the crimson mothership calls Pruitt back home, Phillip E. Fulmer will be positioned to get his revenge and hammer Alabama back to the stone age

f your eyes aren’t good enough to read that, it basically says that Tennessee will honor the contract of Jones and pay him his buyout in full. That number came to $8.25 million. The letter says that that figure will be “mitigated” by the salary of Jones’ next job.

Butch will be paid monthly until February 28th, 2021. That’s a monthly paycheck of a little over $200,000.

The letter says that Jones must complete the University’s exit procedures by Friday, November 17th. Jones will receive his first payment by the end of the month.

Yeah, I guess, but in this scenario he's likely getting close to the money he would as an assistant, and he gets to learn from Saban. Probably a good move for him long term to stay where he is for longer.

Butch would probably be a pretty good special teams coach.

Depends on what his role is. If he stays on as an intern/analyst for 35k a year I don't think he's helping himself. If anything, the longer he stays like that the more likely he is to get stuck starting over at a much lower rung on the coaching ladder than he might've otherwise.
