Yea - rumor is Saban wants a more experienced hand as DC and basically picked Golding over Tosh as the understudy (as well as it being awkward for Tosh to be demoted).
I'd be thrilled if he went to the NFL as the other options are probably recruiting at a rival.

Yeah it would suck if he stayed in the SEC. I asked because it appears there’s a certain elite Polynesian linebacker that could end up at VOLS if Tosh indeed leaves Alabama.

Yea losing Poly TooToo would suck.
I get the general idea behind it, but 2 straight years of total turnover isn't good and all it proves to me is that the hires last year were bad, which is interesting because up until 10 days ago most everyone would have said overall the turnover last year was really good.
I'm sure it'll all play out ok, but it's certainly the first time I've ever thought "eh, we might be in the end times here".
