The most important one as far as Omaha is concerned is pitching. You don't have the horses to overcome this without incredible hitting.

This will cost you soon. It almost cost you in your regional and super, but now that you're in Omaha you have a renewed vigor that you are world beaters. You are not. Your run will end sooner rather than later, but congrats on making here.

Again we're 10-1 against top 10 teams and 9-1 vs top 3 teams. Can y'all say that. I'm tired of you're shite spewing like y'all are the 17'n '27yankees. I hope you're ready for the shite you'll hafta eat if we were to meet in the finals. In which case I'm sure you're chicken shite pig sooie arse will be far from here.
You know it's better to keep your mouth shut and be thought a damn idiot than open it and remove all doubt.

Interesting, seems like you should have just breezed right on into Omaha with no struggles. What happened?

State has never won a national championship in any sport, if you guys get to the finals (i dont see that happening), youre the definition of a cinderella. Good luck!

State isn’t winning shite. Lucky to even be in Omaha.

Stick to talking about next year. It’s what LSU fans do best.

You have a different definition of Cinderella than the rest of the world. Coastal Carolina, Stony Brook, Fresno State - all recent Cinderellas.

Preseason, MSU was the sixth favorite to win via the oddsmakers (Arkansas was third). They went through a lot of shite early and then got it together midseason. That's not a Cinderella, that's a team that had high expectations, struggled early and played like the team they are when it counts.

The way the bracket sets up in Omaha it doesn't hurt teams that aren't deep in pitching. As it has been stated, if State wins tonight, they don't play until Friday.

TD Ameritrade also favors teams like MSU that hit a lot of line drives and extra base hits that aren't over the wall. State leads the SEC in doubles. TDA is a doubles friendly park.

I agree that TDA Park fits our team’s strengths pretty well. I just hope our team doesn’t start cooling down. It’s been an emotional ride so far in the post-season, and that can become exhausting. I like our chances with guys like Mangum leading our team though.

The players have all made the goal quite clear, win it all. I don’t think a single player on this team feels satisfied just yet. Complacency is not a factor with this team. It also amazes me how calm our guys seem when the game is on the line.
