IANAL

According to U.S. Intellectual Property law - if you fail to actively defend your trademark/etc. it becomes public domain. So if you are made aware of a possible infringement, and take no action to defend your trademark, you can be found to have abandoned it.

They have copied Alabama even down to the uniforms. The only thing they don't have is the Script A.

Our high school unis were carbon copies of LSU's. Tiger mascot, P&G, white jerseys at home, H goalposts, and the 3rd down bow tune . Instead of LSU on the helmet it said HHS.

Pretty

Any chance a college uses this mascot?

Go Griffs!

Change the name to "Teagle" and that's all Auburn.

There was a school in West Tennessee that used the Colonel Reb logo. The Ole Miss legal department sent the school a cease and desist letter a couple years back telling them to quit using the logo.

Can they use it now?

About a third of the high schools in Arkansas are the Razorbacks. I can't imagine anyone getting sued over it, just stupid.
