Yes comparing the halting of kicking people to the streets during a pandemic to the government telling a school they can't make their own rules.

Don't make me take you back to kindergarten with some spin like this. Desantis is for letting the parents decide, which is smaller government interference. You are confused that you don't think the schools are part of the government. They damn sure are.

It's a state run school so yes the state gets to tell them how to operate. Bankrupting landlords so that people don't have to pay their rent is encroaching on private legal agreements.
