Napier has great potential just needs more experience. Kelly’s a safer hire, short term, while Napier is riskier but obviously a longer term investment. Both have a high ceiling. I think both schools can be happy but Kelly is really what LSU needs right now, an older experienced guy who can come in and unfrick things.

Napier been doing everything he can to get LSU to even consider him, but Gators snatched him up like they were way ahead of the curve. Those brilliant coaching moves by Florida are the reason that Miles and Orgeron have combined to beat them 9 out of last 12.
