Florida never makes splash hires. The biggest splash they ever made was hiring Urban before he’d ever coached big time football...and they followed that up with Boom, shark fricker, and Mullen. And not to forget hiring Zook to replace Spurrier and then asked for Spurrier’s resume when he inquired about replacing Zook
