I’ll say what everybody is thinking: Given the flooding in the Midwest, I can’t believe UF didnt demand that their pod be relocated to Gainesville.

I think once teams realized he can't beat anyone off the dribble, he couldn't adjust his game.
White has to basically force multiple screens to get him open and force him to shoot.

See, I don't think a good class can overcome poor coaching. You can have all the talent in the world but if you can't coach them up, what's the point? White reminds me of Zook. Can recruit talent but can't make anyone better. Nice guy because he loses to everyone.
I hope I'm wrong but I do not see a Mike White coached team ever cutting down the net. He just doesn't have the "IT" factor where he can make uncanny moves that work. It's not in him.

Yeah he aid young and going to have to learn and get better or we will move in another direction but we are not anywhere near that now.

I've been hard on White all year but I'm regressing in my stance some. Next year is his prove it year for sure. Last year he underachieved with what he had. This year he did decent with it. Last few games he coached very well.
Next year though...he needs to be competitive or it's time to say goodbye. He has a lot of returning talent and freshman studs. Gotta improve this offense and develop a scoring threat inside.

All you White bashers need to find another team. WTF do you expect? Every team ebbs and flows year end and year out.
He has good players coming in next year but even they have to learn. Damn!!

Find another team? Who the hell are you to tell someone who to root for? I bash White because I don't think he's a good coach. Certainly not good enough to coach UF. He should have never been hired in the first place. Mike White never coached an ncaa tourney game prior to UF. WTF? UF is not the place for coaches to learn on the fricking job, especially in one of our more important sports.
I've seen enough of White to know that he will NEVER win a title. NEVER! Just like I knew Zook, Muschamp, Shark fricker as well. Why prolong what I already know needs to be done? I don't give a shite that he has a "good" class coming in. We're UF, we should ALWAYS have a good class coming in. Every player under White has regressed. Why take more 'good' players for him to screw up? UF should be the #2 basketball school in the SEC behind UK but we have been relegated damn near the bottom.
For all the folks saying "wait and see" next year. Aren't you really answering your own question already???

There were plenty of fans in Nashville and Iowa. Are you saying that's why they lost? Funny how people like to blame the fans when coaches put out a shite product. How many people wanted to see McElwain's awful offense? How many people wanted to see this Mike White coached team offense go through scoring droughts OVER AND OVER AGAIN? Oh, I forgot, it's the players fault? Sure blame everyone else when the real reason is glaring.
