July 8: 3* 2017 DB B. Edwards has announced he is transferring from UF. Edwards was arrested in May for allegedly choking his girlfriend. He was expected to be in the two deep for defensive backs at the beginning of fall camp.
I don't really follow recruiting much because I think high school kids are idiots, but Edwards has been suspended indefinitely from the team since his arrest and was not reinstated after the charges were dropped. So he could have been a regular old student at UF, but he wasn't playing on the football team. Not that this matters when a circle jerk gets going really good because it seems everyone has their eyes closed. Wank on wankers!

Does anyone here know the results that the Gators and/or Georgia had in their respective Bowl games last season? I think FL played a top ten team and Georgia played some also-ran from the big12-2.

We kind of did suck against the East last year. 
Would have been in big trouble had we not pulled out the games vs LSU and MSU. Those 2 games really made our regular season.

I thought I saw where Edwards was expected to be on the two deep at start of fall camp. I know you have some youngsters that are supposed to pass him by (Elam, etc). If he was never re-instated this is just him moving on.
If Grantham's DB scheme is anything like it was at UGA I know some guys struggled to pick it up early. Henderson and Wilson manning CB spots with Huggins and Elam as next guys in. I guess if Edwards was on the team he would have been more for depth if someone went down. Either way I am just reporting the news

I mean, you would be on to something talking about bowl games if GA/FL was never played last year, but we beat y'all pretty easily the past two years, so to act like UF is better on the field right now is not the smartest move just because y'all won a bowl game.
