I have no dog in this fight, but it's attitudes just like OP that make me want to watch Mullen and see how he reacts. He never had thread after thread of message boards devoted to blasting his every move. Dan's a prickly bastard and not the most socially skilled He could blow a fuse, or pull an Urban and develop a brain/heart/tumor kinda thing.

Yea it's been a rough week. I think he reached on character issue kids to close the class strong.
He needs better recruiters on staff for sure. We also seriously need to start thinking of playing it dirty in recruiting again. Fire English and Knox and bring in better recruiters at those positions. We have good players, we need more elite though.
Mullen game plans very well, he develops very well, he has focused on the right things overall....except recruiting...it has to be substantially better than it is now.
We haven't lost a major star from this years team though. We lost freshman who weren't starting. Edwards, Jones, Steele(he is the only impactful one this season). That hurts the future.
For this year though we still should be very good. So my concern is 2-3 years from now. Not this year.
