And that's the difference between A&M fans and Alabama fans. You're perfectly happy with that victory over top ranked Alabama at Kyle Field. You're 8-4 and are staying home because your coach can't keep his team from getting each other sick. Alabama is 12-1, SEC champions, and two games away from back-to-back national championships. I had actually forgotten that game even took place due to the events of the past three weeks or so.

This. This is why A&M is so terrible. Their fans think because they beat bama one time, that they are national champs. They ignore the 4 other losses this year that disqualified them from the playoffs.
A&M Lost to Arkansas, Miss State, Ole Miss and capped off their season with a loss to a vacant 6-6 LSU team with a fired head coach. They are either the most optimistic people in the world, or they are the most deluded fan base in the world.

I doubt they're too worried about it now
Your post would actually make sense and be a decent burn if your win over them had meant anything significant for either program, but you're 8-4 with one of the highest paid coaches in the country and just had to forfeit your post-season due to roster mismanagement and your program falling apart...
...while Bama is in the playoffs and potentially playing for their second championship in a row

Yeah, that never happened. LSU admitted we weren't going to be as dominant as 2019. Then the wheels fell off in 2020. I think most reasonable fans expected 8-9 wins. But after 2020, no rationale human expected 10 wins from another Coach O team.
Here's a hint, it's ok to admit you suck. Giving yourself fake awards for not accomplishing anything is why schools from every conference makes fun of you. Enjoy your 8-4 2021 season.
