Pretty sure they are elminated at this point.

I found a wack job scenario that would put Ole Miss in….The calculator is really cool. However, it also points out how friggin dumb and crazy it is to figure out a tiebreak to make it to the meaningless game

Yea, sometimes when you go to the calculated standings and then back, it resets. I had to rework it, but that would be a UGA/OM championship game scenario

Actually Missouri losing out would force Georgia into the SECCG over Alabama.

If Texas beats A&M yes.
If A&M beats Texas, Bama still goes even if Mizzou drops the next 2 (assuming Bama also wins out).

However, if Auburn somehow upsets A&M, and A&M upsets Texas...it would be Bama vs UGA in Atlanta assuming they both win out.

Bama has no choice but to win out and let the chips fall where they may due to a mid-season slump, before Milroe finally embraced he was a running athlete. And the OC calling running plays for him.

Disgusting. All the bandwagon UGA fans flooding to pull for Bama now that their program is down.

No one thinks this. Sorry Saban is gone for you and you foresee the future, but UGA lost 2 road games vs top 10 teams while having the #1 SOS. Again, we are okay losing here and there while still having a shot at the title. Hope you win out

It's funny, I stated the same for Bama last week (if Bama was sufficiently ranked, not to get jumped).

Injuries can kill a team right now.

I'm laughing -- this is the first time I've seen fans of different programs say, "We're good, invite someone else" to the SEC Championship LMAO. Because I'm one of them.

Someone asked last season if Atlanta would become irrelevant - It didn't take long to find out.

PS - As a Bama fan, we will be thrilled just to be invited to the CFP this year. Certainly do not expect it. Also, programs don't think the way we do (which is great). They probably want to play any and all in front of them.

Wait a minute...Bama fans don't like sitting out the SECCG only to get into the playoffs now? WTF????

I very realistic possibility is Auburn beating A&M and A&M beating Texas...which would put Bama and Georgia back in SECCG

A real team wants to win the conference and take that bye week and play less playoff games.

I’ll let you in on a little secret. There are only 3 or 4 different types of posts on here. Whenever someone makes a “dear diary” type post saying they are going to pull for Team X because of reasons ABC but they totally still hate Team X, I respond the same way: by accusing them of being on Team X’s bandwagon. It’s funny because the lower IQ posters (tends to be LSU posters but not always, as we see here) somehow let that get to them and respond all “nah uh! I still totally don’t like Team X!!” I just get a little chuckle out of that for some reason.

You are not making any sense. Why would Bama fans say they didn't like sitting out Atlanta in 2017?
