Just wait for the second letter. This is only part of the fun. NCAA has boots on the ground. Tonsil has a burner phone. My sources have been dead on.

The last item was damning:

"Several Ole Miss players conspired with the Ole Miss coaches to completely luck up and defeat Alabama, thus violating SEC rule no. 1-9-12 causing damage to the SEC brand name, almost denying another NC to the SEC poster-board school, and creating emotional distress to millions and millions of SEC fans across the South."

Freaking GUILTY, the freaking cheating, conspiring turds!!! I hope the REC throws the book at them... (already know that is in the works of course).

Nah, we'll settle and the story disappears. You'll get a slap on the wrist and Freeze will build a dam.

Really just asking this because it I don't know. If a public university settles a lawsuit can it stay sealed or does it have to be public?

Yeah, that's not what "alleged" means. Ole Miss requires a 16 on the ACT for admission, did you make it in?

Yes, it can stay sealed. Both parties sign a non-disclosure agreement.

How do you know that none of those are in the NOA. Just because something is self reported it can still be in a NOA. There is more but dosen't mean this aren't part of it.

We know they aren't in the NOA because they released them in response to the request for information, while refusing to release the other information that we know was in the NOA. All or none of the information in the NOA would have been given, there is no middle ground because it contradicts your reasoning for not releasing any of the other information.

Nah, you are assuming there was no sex.

I am assuming there was sex, was it consensual or not is the question. Thus the alleged victims.

Based off the rape culture of UT, I am betting on my assumption.

I am not sure it is as absolute as you make it out to be. If something is self reported but not yet resolved, how could it not be in the NOA?

What, exactly, do "we know" that was in the NOA that wasn't leaked?

Just more smoke that NCAA is going after that Show-Cause

Allen high school is going to have to vacate wins once this blows over.

Do "we know" anything? Did "we" ever know anything?

HELL NO!

That doesn't stop us from raking this shite over the coals every day.

Or these are the things that are self reported and do not involve other individuals with in the time frame. So far it has been broken down into three categories. Saunders which clearly has others involved and is out of the time frame. Tunsil which was not self reported and made clear because him lying to the NCAA was a issue there as reported. And then stuff that was tied to the current Ole Miss staff and this was a mix of these, older stuff self reported and things not self reported.

For you to think there is no middle ground is ridiculous. There is always middle ground on issues unless you have 100% clear and sited proof other wise?? The loaner car story is my guess to be why CJ did not play. His suspension was always assumed to be in the NOA like Tunsil's reinstatement has been said to be in there. Not everything here will be in the NOA if it is clearly to minor but some of this will be. But if you want to sure what "we know" please do. Just a legit national source?
