Oregon - VCU declared a no contest and Oregon automatically advances due to COVID issues with VCU.

SEC related because Mizzou beat Oregon this season on a neutral court.

I bet you almost never see fans of a SEC school on a Big 12 board.

OU and Texas aren't SEC material.

I just checked out a VCU forum and apparently a ref that called their championship game against the bonnies was the cause of the positive covid tests.

I think people are starting to piece this together. It seems that Roger Ayers is the cause of this. I wouldn’t be shocked now if LSU has to forfeit their next game because they played the Bonnies.

This ref could be the cause for this whole tournament being shut down. This should remind people that covid is not over and that doing things like going to a dinner unmasked is not a good idea.

This brings up questions. Did the refs make VCU forfeit or did the school opt for this? If it was forced on them, how many players have to test positive for a forfeit?

I thought if you could put 5 players on the court you were good to go?

So VCU cancelled out of an abundance of caution?
