Sweet helmet to helmet contact in that picture. Cool how the Bama player doesn't try to wrap up at all, but maximizes the impact of the head shot. Bama coaches really teach that well. With enough of those "legal" hits, I'm sure Bama was hoping to give Watson a (mild) concussion.

He probably did get one but he wasn't coming out of that game even if he lost a limb. Still woulda found a way to win too.

No player shall target and initiate contact against an opponent with the crown (top) of his helmet. When in question, it is a foul.

Didnt hit him with the crown. Watson was not a defenseless player either.

The funniest part of that hit is literally the only part of Fosters body that hit Watson was the crown of his helmet

So much so the white tape on his helmet popped off, no flag.
