Franks isn't as bad as people say. He might not ever be a true starter but he can stick around in the NFL.

I'd be pretty surprised if he stuck around in the NFL for long. A lot of times you see career backups are the more studious types with maybe some physical limitations and I feel hes the opposite of that. He doesnt really have the physical limitations but not sure he will ever put in the work needed to stick around for very long as a backup.

Classic line is classic: Million dollar arm, five cent head.

there's a real chance he will have significant playing time this year.

There is ZERO chance he sees any significant PT.

I can promise you the Falcons are on the phone desperately looking for a veteran backup.

Franks will always make terrible decisions as a QB. It's just ingrained in him. I could see some teams keeping him around as a "project" because of his size and arm, but he shouldn't ever see significant PT.

I believe the attribute to which you are referring is called maturity. I believe Feliepe will stick for a while in the NFL due to getting older and more mature.

2018 at Florida: 24 TD / 6 int
2020 at Arkansas: 17 TD / 4 int

Frank’s’ reputation as a bad decision maker has been grossly inflated.
