Mike Hamilton really fricked up.

We likely would have gotten a 3 year postseason ban, but WGAF?

Bruce Pearl with no postseason>>Clownzo making the tourney

Sure but you didn't see Arky fans melting like this when Louisville brought back shithead.

I mean, yall fired him and cut ties. Yall had moved on no tackbacksies. He was going to get a job somewhere else eventually.

Is it because he went to a SEC school? Or is this just some sort of melt aftershock left over from the original firing?

Thank you in advance for helping me understand.

sCam Newton, Nick Marshall, now Bruce Pearl. Auburn has turned into a reform school.

At least the SEC just got better.

Bruce Pearl is probably the most loved coach in the history of our program in any sport.

We currently have an absolute clown captaining our ship.

36K Vol fans signed a petition to bring him back over the last month.

He was a good coach, no doubt. For some absurd reason, some think he is the only coach that can win at a high level at UT, which is not the case.

But I can say that I don't give a shite.

UT has a better all-time win percentage than Mizzou and just as many Sweet 16's.

Sure but the fans have had a VERY long time to adjust to his firing and eventual re-hiring.

Why the melt today? Did Tenn fans really believe he would just sit on his hands until some future Tenn AD came calling?

I just don't understand at all.

I get why fans of other programs looking for a coach would melt. I get why Bama fans would melt.

But for Tenn this guy is history and will be in a different division. Reason for melt not found.

Tennessee will likely be looking for a coach in the next 12 months.
