You act like we didn't hold Bama to a season low last season with a fully healthy Bryce Young

Wow, the stupid is in full effect. You can say Alabama will win for a myriad of reasons and I would let you have it. But saying Alabama has a better roster is Aggie level delusion.
I’m looking at known commodities, not just looking at recruiting rankings over the past few years.

Did someone actually say Alabama has more depth? Could be, but we’re tremendously deep in almost every unit. Texas speed and depth alone with continually bringing in fresh bodies at key positions with little drop off is going to win a lot of games in of itself. There is no unit, including special teams, that is a glaring weakness. One may yet manifest or present itself, but there’s no where you look and just feel nervous about that group. I’d probably go with LB if you absolutely needed me to answer.

I know nobody gives a shite, just seeing the full effect of everyone magically changing their tune on Bama since the season is in closer proximity is hilarious. In two weeks everyone will be predicting Bama by 40 at this rate. Delicious.

Texas 40, Bama 24

We have a better roster in every category except edge. If you wanted to be nice you could give OL to Bama.

If Anthony Hill turns out to be Harold Perkins 2.0 this is a national championship team.

How come Aggies are the most hyperbolic bama homers?

It's almost like you are living vicariously through Alabama. Almost...

I don't have a dog in this fight and I certainly have no love loss for Bama, but you calling everyone stupid and delusional is making you look really silly my friend.
You're acting like Texas is returning some kind of juggernaut team from last year. Newsflash guy, Texas lost FIVE games. They were a mediocre team, which is what they've been for the last decade.
Meanwhile, Bama lost two games by a grand total of 4 points and then mopped the floor with your conference champions in their bowl game. YOU are the one delusional.

I am referring to the point spreads on some of the predictions. Saban is probably going to run and slow the game down. Texas will score. There’s just no avenue to a Bama blowout. I don’t care who people pick to win the game.

In regards to the returning talent and all of that, there’s a lot that goes under the radar. Ewers injury. Worthy’s injury. Lost Neyor in preseason which completely changed dynamic of offense. We return our entire OL, cohesiveness. Huge portal additions. I could go on. All losses were very close and we did dumb shite, no denying that. I’m not expecting fans of other teams to know all of those dynamics, I certainly wouldn’t for other teams. What it does mean is that if you are assessing off certain criteria there could be a lot you are overlooking in the make up and DNA of this Texas team.

Bama didn’t play their best against Texas. We certainly didn’t play our best either and missed out on some opportunities. We SHOULD be a much superior team this year versus last year. So much to where people are actually dating to drink the Kool-Aid when we haven’t touched the stuff in years.

It’s a huge year. Texas will either validate or look super foolish. There isn’t much in between ground this year. Kind of an all-in year in that respect.

I have no problem conceding that TX has a better QB situation and possibly even better WR.

Bama has a higher rating at every single position though (including QB and WR), and there's really nobody on TX's starting roster at RB/OL/DT/DE/LB/CB/S I'd trade Bama's current starters for.

Not a single one.

I cannot believe you numb nuts actually believe your roster is Alabama level. It isn't remotely. Your depth is also not up to snuff.

Ewers has never produced as a 5* - he had the same stats that Conner Weigman had in Fisher's craptastic offense last year. Oh yeah, Conner didn't even play half of the year. You have one good OL in Banks. Your RB is completely unproven and a true freshman. Your TE should have been a DE, especially given how terrible you admit you are at the edge. Your receivers are all unproven, and one of them is also a freshman.

Guess what talented freshmen get you in the SEC? 5-7

That is some grade A delusion.

Shall we do the defense? Your defense isn't remotely good enough for the SEC, though it should be sufficient for the B12. Catalon is your only proven player, and he is often injured.

Sarkisian often forgets he has to play defense, which is why he is a mediocre HC.

Don’t even know where to start with how horrible this assessment is.

I’m not going to say much on Ewers. He does have to prove it.

I guess that’s one way to talk about probably the #2 TE in the country…

WR’s unproven? I assume you mean Worthy since he was hurt last year? Plenty of experience. AD Mitchell? Experienced.
Whittington? Experienced. There’s your main starters. Neyor is a star but yes didn’t play last year. So we’re talking about the two deep being mostly freshman? Funny.

RB - sounds like you’re talking about Baxter. Brooks will be RB #1 and has experienced playing time. It’s not Bijan but the RB room is fine.

We’re one of the deepest teams in the country. Really don’t need to go into detail here. What may have been true the last few years is not the case now.
