Late 70's early 80s Vanderbilt. Wish I had a better picture of one.

There are lots. I love all the really classic logos.
I really liked watching Auburn growing up with their run run run offense.
Always have liked Georgia since I lived there when I was a lil dude as well.

I love South Carolina's color scheme, do they ever do an all white uni?
White pants/jerseys/helmets is my favorite look for Auburn as well.
LSU has a pretty sweet all white combo as well

Both of LSU's pro combats were legit but I prefer our regular combos. I love the home whites.

Why doesn't LSU incorporate their state into their branding more often? Tennessee, Florida, and A&M do. You'd think LSU would want people to associate the state of Louisiana with the Tigers (not that they already don't).

To be honest they don't need to. LSU is the only major player in college athletics from LA. I would bet that when every sports fans across the country hears LSU they associate it with LA almost immediately. Not to mention how ESPN pushes the Bayou Bengals moniker all the time.

I think when Dinardo got here he wanted to incorporate a picture of the state on the unis somewhere, but settled for on the field at the 50 yard line (which was short-lived).
Can't remember if Hallman tried something like that too (those years are a blur)
Like outline of Texas on A&M's.

I've mentioned it before, but the love for LSU's helmet/uniform baffles me. The "LSU" above the decal looks like it was put on with duct tape. The tiger head emblem from more than 10 feet away looks like a chrysanthemum. Just a bad design.

The LSU above the Tiger Head is a particular font that was created so as not to clash with the decal. A fancier font would look really stupid above the Tiger Head.
Speaking of which, if you can't tell the difference between a flower and a mean saliva-dripping predator, then you have other issues.
Maybe you should take a Rorschach test with your shrink.
At least our helmets aren't plain, nondescript and boring. Since you made an effort to give your opinion on our helmet, I will not stoop to your level to tell you what I really think of yours.
