NCAA Football:
South Carolina
Georgia
Alabama
Mississippi
Louisiana
Arkansas
Oklahoma
Tennessee
NFL:
Florida - Surprised by this. Didn't think the NFL was that big in FL.
MLB:
Texas - Surprised by this but maybe it's due to the World Series win by the Rangers.
NHL:
Missouri - Not helping the Yankee outlook when your top league is the NHL.
NCAA Basketball:
Kentucky - Expected

Clear example of when you know that a team's season is OVER.

And yet SC still got a night game over LSU for the last game of the season. Enjoy your 11 am time slot.

I was surprised by Missouri as well. I would have guessed MLB.

Texas MLB
Houston domination of MLB since 2017 (7 for 7 ALCS, 4 WS, 2 WS wins) & Dallas World Series
Dallas' WS win brought North Texas to the table.

That's interesting from the stand point of, if Alabama beats UGA in the SECCG and if all the other teams win out, are they really going to keep the only team from the SEC out of the playoffs?
I am not advocating for Alabama to be in playoffs, just wondering how the CFP would actually do that with SE USA favoring college football and the rest of the country favoring other sports.

Multiple states are laughably incorrect.

Missouri is definitely MLB, however this was measured is flawed. The Cardinals are much more popular than the Blues and the Royals have a strong following on the west side of the state as well. The majority of the state doesn’t follow hockey

Rangers and Astros were both good this year is the only reason Texas has MLB. This state is 100% football and nowhere close to MLB being the most favored league. I would be interested to see if it's NCAA or NFL though.

"Dallas" WS? Rangers are in Arlington which borders Fort Worth, not Dallas.

Considering the viewership every state should be either NFL or CFB, with most being NFL. You could make the argument for things like baseball in MO or basketball in Indiana but at the end of the day football is king by far everywhere.

This map tells me to kick Florida, Missouri and the Texas teams out of the SEC
