I really like our away unis this year. If they could just get rid of those armpit blobs on the homes (or at least make them about 1/3 as big) I think we'd be set.
There is a different material under the arm pits and on the stomach, even if they were not white, the colors would appear to be different in these areas.

Supposedly we're going to have a new UA-designed jersey next year that will be ours for years to come.

Auburn has sported the interlocking "AU" on its helmets since the mid 1960s. Though the uniforms have been tweaked slightly over the years, the basics have remained the same, including the unique color combination: Blue, orange and white.

The away's are better than the Homes. Don't know why they didn't do the same for both jerseys. Just flip the colors.

Auburn's road uniform whites are badarse.

Sure.
We were using solid red tops with white pants with red stripes back when Bama still used white helmets.
An assistant from Arkansas was hired as OU's head coach and took our uniform design with him, added "Sooners" and changed to a red helmet from white.

Our traditional uni's look just like Alabama's and OU's which is understandable considering both stole the design from us.
I don't know when Oklahoma started using their design, but Alabama's current design can be traced to 1946, with subtle changes over the years.

Auburn & LSU have the best road jerseys.
Ole Miss red is tight.

Alabama switched for good to crimson helmets with a white stripe and numbers, other than a couple seasons in the 60s and 80s, in 1960. The basic design of the uniform can be traced to 1946, as I've already stated.
