Um, I'm pretty sure they were running the same offense Shanahan ran. Actually, they kinda made a big deal about Sark learning the system and the vernacular.

I wish Ridley well but as a lifelong Falcons fan I can say without doubt that it doesn't matter how well he and the rest of the players turn out, the Falcons will choke it away. They always do. That Super Bowl against New England was the perfect script for the franchise.

The same general system, but in no way did the offense operate the same way Shanny's did. Which sucks. Badly.

Well yeah, but the offense not operating the same has nothing to do with the vernacular. My point was Sark didn't implement the system or vernacular. So the fact Bama and the Falcons use the same terminology has almost nothing to do with Sark being the OC at both places.
