Beer is colder? Didn't they just start selling cold beer there about three years ago?

Yeah I don't know where he is going with that. Our beer has been in the cooler longer.

Do you know if shot bars are against Oxford ordinance? I've always thought a shot bar there would be a good business opportunity

In their defense, the Little Dooey has great food, as does Restaurant Tyler and the Veranda.

Also, their Popeye's is better than the one in Oxford.

it's not any further than going to mizzou or texas- or is it for you far eastern folks?

besides the 'experts' didn't say it was a long distance they said difficult to get to- that's just stupid. and fyi, i'd rather you never step foot in the same state i'm in so i'm fine if you find it too difficult or too expensive.

Auburn
78.1% White
16.8% Black
3.3% Asian
1.6% Hispanic

Tuscaloosa
54.1% White
42.7% Black
1.5% Asian
1.4% Hispanic

Always wagging the finger at the town with "ghettos" and "crime" across the state.

I mean, if you don't want to see it that's fine. Like I said, nothing wrong with it, just different strokes for different folks.

Auburn didn't really exist until 1950. Tuscaloosa was the state capital in the 1830s.

Again, it isn't good or bad, one is just an actual city with diversity (not just college kids and professors) and one is built around a University and the city itself doesn't really have much tradition or history to it.

I can sense your rage and hatred through the web.

Missouri and College Station are inconvenient too.

Is Fayetteville hard to get to? Yes.

Does that make for a great excuse to stay longer in Arkansas and go fishing on the White, the Little Red, etc.? Yes, also.

I'm not sure what a "shot bar" is, honestly.

Is it a bar that serves almost exclusively shots?

By the way, we got cold beer in Oxford the month after I left

Well, Tuscaloosa is traditionally a lot more ghetto than Auburn. It also has the exact same type of strip mall and chain restaurant development that Auburn does, so I have no idea what that is about.

But sure, if Auburn is Alpharetta, Tuscaloosa can be Riverdale.

See, exactly my point. Scary Tuscaloosa is like the all black murder city, you might get shot if you go there!

Again, different strokes.
