Yeah complaining about the portal while tampering with half of Texas Tech's roster last year is so on brand for that loser.

No excuse for being eliminated by a typically midweek opponent.

We did have some freshman commits who could've helped had they chose college, but that happens to a lot of teams.

Agreed 100%. Living in Arkansas, we unfortunately get to see way too many DVH press conferences and hear his seasonal laundry list of excuses for not achieving whatever it might be. One thing I have noted over the years is he absolutely never takes any blame or assumes any accountability for failures during the season.

Seems like he needs to retire like Nick, this new era of NIL is not gonna get any easier for old school coaches

Arkansas had better teams in the past, this team was a victim of being overrated by all media outlets.

I saw them against James Madison earlier in the year and didn't see anything elite about them.

DVH has a formula but it’s getting threadbare.
One of The easiest regionals.,Needs to tell HY he’s retiring & announce
Vitello or Mingione weekend of CWS.
Don’t wait for. The wheels to fall off.

He isn't wrong but it is part of the game now. He will either get on the train of doing it or he will not want to deal with it and retire like Saban.
Thats what has been Bianco’s problem the last 2 years. He has been getting eaten up by it

The Arkansas way is the coach stays too long, puts the foot down and becomes very stubborn. It goes into decline, coach is fired when it becomes too late. The program goes back to ground zero.

If you can't get over the hill then you will roll back down the hill.

If we can see it. HY & his ‘ Calipari gang’ can see it.
Baum is a very expensive stadium. You have to keep it full.

I don't think the program will fall far enough for DVH to be fired. A more likely scenario is for it to slip enough that it will be a less attractive job by the time DVH retires.

Gotta keep the attention on Arkansas and away from that colossal choke job in Chapel Hill.

A 2 seed coming off a national title season where they lost 7 of 9 starters and top 4 arms losing a game in extra innings to the #4 team in the country while throwing low end midweek guys and a starter coming off 100 pitches >>>>> #5 team in the country getting embarrassed at home (for the second year in a row, third time in four years) by a directional 4 seed from Missouri with their entire bullpen available.
