Alabama score more points against Georgia in a single game than Texas managed to score in 2.

Alabama lost to Vandy by 5 after beating Georgia and thinking Vandy would be an easy win. Texas got blown out by Georgia, and then barely beat Vandy by 3 the next week while knowing Vandy was above average this year.

I must admit it's kind of hard to have a let down week when you get blown out by the good team you played.

Do you fricks even watch the games? Oklahoma scored 17 points total on offense. 10 in the first half. Their only TD drive of the game.

In the 2nd half, they got the ball on the Alabama 14 after Milroe threw an interception. Then the very next Alabama drive, Milroe throws a pick six.

They did not score the rest of the game.

Alabama lost because Milroe threw 3 picks and had bitch knees. Not because of the Oklahoma offense.

He accounted for less than 200 yards total, but yes a total Michael Vick otherwise.

You can name all the stats you want. If you are going to blame a defense that gave up 17 total points, and 0 in the 2nd half outside the ball getting placed on their own 14 I'm just going to think you are stupid. There is no way around that.

It was the Oklahoma defense that won the game. Held Alabama to 3(10 really, but it doesn't matter), and scored 7 points itself and more if you want to count them getting the ball on the 14.

Yeah I'd like to see them destroy Clemson.

The rank you are still determines your future opponents. It has nothing to do with byes, it's about who you will get matched up against. You got the easiest match-up.

They should have been based on merit and would have been. They decided "SMU couldn't be punished" because they lost to the only ranked team they played all year.

I can't really help when the committee doesn't follow it's own guidelines. It's pretty damn obvious what they did with the playoffs this year, and why it's called the DEI playoffs.
