Michael Sam was just one example. No doubt the vast majority of those dipshits leading this protest think that Michael Brown was a victim and an innocent "kid". White parents in New York whining about their school being desegregated, because God forbid if we have to have those poor underperforming black kids go to school with our elite kids.
You are intellectually dishonest. I responded to what you posted. It was squarely about a TN LB in the late 60's and how it played out differently than Michael Sam in 2012 as a sign of Missouri not handling it properly. Thats all you posted originally. You then went back and edited post hoc trying to back peddle and change your message.
You are an intellectually dishonest moron now as well it appears.

And every poster has to type every thought one has on the subject into the very first post?

You really are this stupid. Not surprising. But hey, it must be tough being a Mizzou fan today.

Lets see, Bama - yeah Saban would cower down, psh please, he would make sure to tell them son I own your arse till the draft, get your arse to practice...
this is actually a really good, relevant dynamic to this point.
The libleft media, who is loving all this btw, has been dragging Pinkels history at Kent State into all this, how his time at that period is helping make him all "sensitive to his players" and changes his perspective about oppression and all this leftard pc nonsense that has Pinkel backing his players behind this radicals nonsense bs about being oppressed.
Of course Saban was ALSO AT KENT STATEw/ Pinks at the same time, when all the campus shooting of protesters was fresh history...
It's amazing how in love with the 60's radical era and persona many of these old, white media types are. They just can't get enough of the belief that somehow they were all big players in history, when they really weren't. But I digress.
So,, what would Saban do?
He would say, "I've seen real oppression, that's when the guard is shooting real bullets at you and you aren't even black, either", "you idiots don't know anything about real oppression", "now get your butt out on the practice field this minute or don't ever show your face around here again".
That's the difference between a common sense coach that wins Natties and a dipwad coach that will never win a power conference title.

I know the climate of our country though. It's incredibly naïve for anyone to think differently.
Do you? Do you see where Donald Trump is leading the polls due to people being sick of issues like this being fed to them daily? Did you see were Kentucky elected a nobody because they rejected both the picks from the Rep and Dems?
Did you see where the Dems, due to the liberal agenda being forced on people lost well over 700 seat nation wide? And that states that had NEVER been in control by Republicans now are?
are YOU sure you know the climate of this country?

This one statement by you sums up why Missouri is different than the other SEC schools, why they don't fit, why you are in the situation you are in, and your mentality is one more akin to Yankee pride and arrogance.

Sadly, OP, your pain has just begun. What? Did you think by caving into their demands they'd just go away? No, they'll have more demands.

your mistake is lumping us all into the same group, we aren't all like that, there is a "northern" component to the MU fanbase, true, and they will always be overly defensive of being called yankees, then there are those of us it doesn't bother, we consider it an endearing term of "competitive hate".

true, you are right about that, and it won't JUST BE at Mizzou either, it will spread to other campi, in fact already has.
the majority of the Mizzou fanbase isn't behind this campus radical nitwit who is being funded and supported by a number of leftwing radical Planned Parenthood supported orgs, and that's really what this is about.
The next president and the chancellor, Loftin will need to have well prepared response plans in place to offset this nonsense which the leftwing media will help drive and support. But the fanbase will be behind them when they do resist it, so this incidence has really given Mizzou the "warning shot across the bow" that it has been needing. Your other SEC programs would do well to take note.

I've always thought it would suck to live in Missouri.

LOL. Let some players pull that on Saban. They'd be told to stop using the football team for a political agenda or be kicked off the team. Saban doesn't have time for that crap.

Don't even take the time to bother to disagree with me, because you are wrong if you do.
Well, that settles it then.
I don't believe this would happen at any other SEC school. Maybe USC because they have an interim HC, but nowhere else. Personally I don't blame the president for resigning. When Pinkel sided with the dipshit players, the writing was on the wall. If anybody is to blame (other than the numbskull players) it is Pinkel, which is frustrating because I've always liked the guy.
Plus there's no way this would have happened if Mizzou was playing well. Sit out a game or two? So what? We're gonna lose anyway.

LOL. You don't know Saban. He is a liberal democrat. He would support the players, but most likely because Saban wants to win. You cannot win in the SEC and any other conference today without an integrated roster.
Bear Bryant fought to end segregation at Alabama. The two most liberal coaches in Alabama history are your winiest coaches.

Nothing Saban has done indicates he's a liberal democrat. It's all a smoke screen for recruiting.
