Might not be able to afford to lose another regular season game. I know you have Alabama at home - who else do you have?

This was an SEC thread, not a Gator thread. I will pull for any team in the SEC.

ANY TEAM (as long as it isn't UGA)

just kidding.

I agree..... I feel South Carolina will shoot 70 percent from the field and pretty much demolish our chances from going

I'd rather have an 11 than a 8/9. After the top 5ish teams, it's parity city.

You would have to completely collapse to not make it. Aub, A&M at home should be wins. @USC and @MSU should be wins. Home against Bama may be tough because they have something to play for and @LSU will be tough but both winnable. So finish regular season with 23-25 wins and then add 1-2 more in the SEC tourney. OM is in.

Ole Miss has:

@USC
Aub
A&M
@MSU
Bama
@LSU

Should win anywhere from 4-6 of those games.

If we win at LSU, we are going to get in. I think that because if we beat LSU on the road, we are going to beat Ole Miss as well.

Have to go 4-2 at worst during this last stretch and then win one game in the SEC tourney... If we go 3-3 we'll have to win the SEC tournament to get in.

People are being too hard on OM. If they were to only lose one more reg season game and then win in the quarters of the SECT and lost in the Semis I think they'd be a 6-7 seed. A pretty bad one but still.

First, you should go 4-2. I'm not sure what makes people think you won't. The other thing you have going for you is a story line. Like him or not (and I don't), Henderson is a story line and will capture TV's/tickets. Might not play as big of a role as other sports in selections, but don't think they don't consider those things when picking teams or deciding what region they go into.

If Ole Miss loses two of those six games, they're going to have to do some work in the SEC tournament.
