Exactly. Now they're saying Nussmeier was hurt day 2. The excuses are endless.

Dollar store Tebow is going to get the Raiders GM fired for taking him 1st overall. He's not good enough to carry a franchise.

Mendoza has 3 seasons of over 250 passes
Simpson has 1 such season.

Simpson is the much bigger question mark right now due to lack of experience.

The oline was pretty awful. UGAs defense was not elite this year and 28-7

Unfortunately for Simpson the game is won on the field, not on tape.

Nuss was hurt going into the season. Remember when he was held out? LSU fans raged that it was nothing.

Turns out the oblique issue and knee tendinitis didn’t get better by playing more instead of less.

LSU fans were outraged that some of us said the patellar tendinitis might be a season long issue. Those one legged throws of his were amazing.

Then poor Nussmeier will go undrafted.

How much did you put on Nuss to win the Heisman?

How much did you put on Simpson to win it?

So you avoiding a better that Nuss won't get drafted... typical of you.

Hey Boudreaux, you are the one who said the game is won on the field, not on the the tape.

Unfortunately for Nuss he neither won on the field nor on the tape this past season.

Will he get drafted late? Very likely.

Will he be the first QB taken like LSU fans were certain of back in August? Hell no. It is likely he won’t be taken on the first day. And yet everyone remembers all the threads where LSU fans were convinced he was the next Burrow or Daniels. Those were happy, hopeful days. Like now . Enjoy them now before reality shows up.

Interesting. Mendoza has a Heisman and a championship ring. I think that is impressive.

Not surpring. Simpson had a shite Oline and wasn't surrounded by players in their mid 20's.

You could just say Indiana was a better team than Alabama in every single way possible.

Mendoza is a good story but he is not an NFL starting QB. If a team blows an early pick on him, they will regret it

Not convinced Simpson is an NFL QB either, but I think he’s got a better shot than Mendoza.
