There’s a reason Tennessee used to be known as Wide Receiver U.
The Vols cranked out explosive deep threats in the passing game the way the Hawaiian Islands did world-class surfers.

But in Patterson, a 6-3, 205-pound junior college transfer who’s been clocked at 10.3 in the 100 meters, the Vols have essentially replaced Rogers with somebody who’s just as big, just as sure-handed and even faster.
On his 67-yard reverse for a touchdown against North Carolina State in the opener, Patterson cut back across the field with his galloping strides and made everybody on defense look like they were running backward.
“From the first day I saw him in 7-on-7’s, I knew what we were getting,” Hunter said. “I just looked at our DBs and said, ‘Good luck.’

Does Florida have the secondary to contain these wideouts?
How bad does that CB that's out hurt FL?

no one has the DBs to contain these two, both are first round draft picks this year.
It will be about the front seven pressuring Bray into bad throws and turnovers.

We have an excellent secondary. Won't know if they can contain the orange fellers until Sat.
The DB that is out is the one the Vols were looking forward to facing since he's only 5'9". His replacement at least in part is last years starter that was held out of the first two games and a SR back from injury will also play, Jeremy Brown.

We also have Pop Saunders coming back. Also young freshman Brian Poole could play also.

I don't like Florida or Muschamp but honestly I would love to see the Gators serve up some humble pie to Tennessee just to impose some serious wrist lock on the Vol fapsters here.

WRU?
I'd take Marquis Lee and Robert Woods at USC for the top WRs in the country this year..
If Tennessee still had Da'Rick Rogers I might take the Tennessee WR's over USC's. Patterson was a monster and Hunter looks good so far though.
