There is one for Upshaw, that said he pushed her in a downward motion. Never said anything about hitting, knocking down or anything like yall claim. In Eric's case, the officers observed him approach from behind, striking him, causing him to be unconscious and fall face down into the street. I hate the lawsuit was settled and sealed. Witnesses that saw video, claimed he then kicked the unconcious kid in the head while he lay in a pool of blood.

His buddy is Eric Smith. He told him what happened, right after he got there and saw him pour a beer on his head inside to start it all.

Couple of things here...
1. Upshaw threw a GIRL down. Smith's altercation was with a MALE.
2. The "witnesses" you are talking about are full of shite.

I never said I was partying with players. I was actually going to pick up some weed, passed the Lexington hotel, saw cops pulling in. I pulled in to see what was happening, asked some kid and he told me what he saw. Way to be a jackass though

Here is hoping, after that happens, you see him walking down the street with his crutches and you laugh and then he shows you what bein' a straight-up thug is all about.
