I'd probably take Elko as the sample size for Sark is bigger and it's just not very good as a HC. Elko seems to have some Jimbo in him, a hard headed arse who'd rather go down with the ship than to be wrong. He had a open check book this offseason to hire the best coordinators and find a difference maker at QB. He went the hard headed route and said we have what we need in house, all three decisions have blown up in his face. Both have nearly the same buyout of 55 million, after the presser yesterday I'd say Elko is on thinner ice, and when your pushing 4 bills that ain't good. Thanksgiving game may determine which one has a job next year.

They're both in the pool of interchangeable coaches that will have up and down years and compete for a conference title with a playoff run here and there, depending on the schedule.

Sark just lost the fourth regular season games in his 3rd year.
Fat Man has already in his 4th game this year alone.
