Yeah. Honestly - who amongst us has never quit a job, for a better paying job across town ?

But Hell's Yes - You picked School XYZ, Eli Ricks. So now you'll stay here, for for years, or else ?

Or else what, exactly ? I guess certain Boomers hate unlimited Free Agency too.

Everyone complaining about this fails to recognize that the real problem is poor leadership.

Actually it's just boomers that have this problem.

I would agree, the instant transfer rule isn't a good thing.

Now, for years, coaches could switch jobs tomorrow with no thought to the school, but players couldn't, but there should be some rules in place.

I agree. Players should have some rules or restrictions just to stabilize the game. I was toying letting players have unlimited transfers but have to sit a yr if not a grad or a division change.

Of course. People should not have the freedom to live or study or work where they wish - to save you, in particular, from the inconvenience of learning new names on opening day.

This really is a Boomer issue.

Wouldn’t restricting schools and coaches be just as stabilizing?

It is interesting the DBU is becoming unfit for 5 star DBs

Because they aren’t and never were DBU.
