They lost to another playoff team. That doesn't mean Texas doesn't belong, or that Texas cant beat Georgia the next time.

Many Vandy alums and players said Texas was the best team they've faced. So there's that.

I’m not sure our referees retirement plan payments are active this season.

23-0 at half, three score victory after playing ball control to run out the clock the entire second half

Define quality please

I think there is a consensus that Georgia is a quality team
And they beat the #1 ranked team like a drum so that seems to validate that consensus

A first year coach losing to a P5 opponent is not nearly as bad as losing to a G5 opponent with a 5th year 80 million dollar coach with a top 5 roster in college football.

It would be so aggy of them to lose to NM State
NM State 2023 = Pavia. You almost did. Should probably sit down and focus on the Hogs

When did mention 2023 NM State?

Why would Texas focus on a game that is 3 weeks away?

one is a previous coach that lost as a 17.5 point favorite, and one is a current coach that lost as a 31 point favorite.

I guess we can agree to disagree on which loss was worse

Vanderbilt is currently ranked 26th in the AP poll.

I think Vanderbilt has a good chance to go 2-2 or better against Auburn, SC, LSU & Tennessee to finish 4-4 in SEC play.

Are you making the argument that App State team was better than Vanderbilt? They finished 3-5 in the Sun Belt that year.

I don't know why everybody seems to think Texas will beat aTm at Kyle.

I like aTm in that game, barring unforseen injuries.

Define blown out as well.
Jalon Walker and Mykel Williams exposing your phony-Joe Moore offensive line, sacking you 7 times, creating 4 turnovers, and holding you to 31 yards rushing. Shell-shocking both your QB’s back to JV football so badly it led to a in-game QB controversy with your fanbase that will remain an unresolved bedsore until next January’s draft declaration.

Our Secondary putting on a tackling clinic that caused your fans to have a meltdown so bad the refs had to step in and start leveling the game with targeting penalties that the SEC is in the process of negating through appeals on UGA’s behalf. Exposing your WR’s and WR coaches as DIII quality at best. Trevor Etinne rushing for 3 touchdowns and having the best game of his career for YAC.

Generally humiliating you in front of 15 million viewers in a prime time game for your introduction to the SEC. Breaking the entire program’s confidence like we’ve done in the past on the level of Clemson, Florida, Michigan, TCU, FSU.

Is that a good enough definition for you, T-sip?

It's a coin flip game for me. I think it will be a low scoring game and come down to turnovers.

I believe the Texas D can stop both quarterbacks for A&M.

Pavia > Reed

Weigman isn't very good imo.

But I also think Ewers will have a lot of problems with A&M's defense.

First to 20 wins..

No, I'm making the argument that Sark's loss to Kansas as a 31 point favorite is worse than Jimbo's loss to App State as a 17 point favorite
