By the end of the season who had the best yards per carry?

My opinion is drake (maybe with less touches so not s huge lead)??@? If he stays outside the Dog house...

Drake will have more explosive runs, so he probably gets the YPC. But Henry is the key to a consistent, successful running game this year.

Drake, but Henry will have more yards. A lot of people sleeping on Harris, the 5-star #1 back in last year's class. He's up to 215 lbs and looking good.

I see that line of thinking. Henry is the hoarse and drake as a speed change up. Henry does go down rather easy "a lot" but if he gets a good hole is deceiving. Just wondering why drake would be the guy I'd worry about.

ETA: Horse > hoarse

Henry IMO because he'll be featured more in the run, whereas Drake will split out wide most times and be featured in the pass game as a deep threat, catching bubble screens, and also something people aren't really talking about, but as a blocker. For example: Christion Jones on WR screens did a great job of cutting off the DB and opening up a clear lane for Cooper. Drake was an excellent pass blocker in 2013 when he split carries with Yeldon that year and helped protect McCarron, so I expect him to take on a similar role this year.

Not saying drake could fill Amaris spot but he'd fit in as that guy because of his speed and quickness.

Kiffin loves him some Drake. He will move him around a lot in order to create mismatches like when he got him 1x1 with a LB in the UF game. That was about as easy as TDs get. Problem with Drake is he has tends to put the ball on the ground an awful lot, just like his very next touch in the UF game.

The offense will be built around Drake's versatility, though I don't see him being as productive or as dangerous as Cooper. Drake will be lined up all over the place.

Drake will have a higher ypc than Henry.

The freshman, Damien Harris(5* #1 RB in 2015) will probably have a higher ypc than both due to less carries and he will be in at the ends of games when Bama is up and has made the other team quit. He is going to be the next great SEC RB.

If this is true, which I hope it is, it will also be with the backup linemen in situations where they know we will run the ball.

drake could seriously be a #1 WR for many a team, hes a great receiver with size, 6'1" 215 and running a 4.4 after coming back form that nasty leg break. he just also happens to be a really dynamic running back too. if the ole miss goons dont try to take him out again he is going to put the fear into defensive coordinators this year
