How can you not love this guy? I don't mean that in a disrespectful way...Les Miles is my second favorite coach ever.

Les has won me over.
Not that I would ever pull for him when he plays UF, but I really like him as a coach.

He cracks me up for sure. I've never been against him though. Well maybe during the Ole-Miss Spike it debacle and the Penn St. game pissed me off too. Oh and the Vols ending....but not really b/c Vols can't count either.
Anyway! I love him!.....No Homo....

I agree, he seemed a little lost the last couple of years. But think he has a staff that understands what he wants, and players understand what is to be expected. anything LES than that is unacceptable.

Biggest misconception out there. His goofy exterior presents that facade and personally, I thinks it's an advantage.
His strategy is the best out there IMO, great defense, special teams, run the ball, field position, TOP.
