Don't you figure Arkansas will be the one to end the SEC/NC streak?

I know you're thinking "how the hell will they get there in the first place" and believe me, your question is valid, I just don't see anybody dicking up something that big other than them.

You nailed it almost perfectly... that is close to what I think, but more like "they will never get there in the first place".

You should have just stopped there.

If the flagship is in the NCG that would be a huge failure on the part of the entire SEC.

We've been to Atlanta 3 times with some very shite-tastic coaching and laughable talent.

Those are instances in which we are 4 qtrs from playing for the NC.

If you don't think Petrino can do the same, with twice the talent as the above teams, you're on crack.

So you're saying you've never deserved to be in the SECCG yet ya'll are on the verge of playing for a National Title soon?

That '06 team for AR had pretty good talent. However the coaching wasn't good. Is AR really getting more talent, or just players that fit Petrino's system better?

False. Why don't you look back at your rankings and records from those years before assuming you get a free ride into the national title game.

My memory is fine, but my attempt to convey a point is off mark.

Maybe I should say:

In today's world you only have to win in Atlanta. Getting to Atlanta was accomplished by some very mediocre coaches with ho-hum talent. We will be back.

Still wrong. Do you honestly think that South Carolina would have played for the NC if they won in Atlanta?

Go easy on them- they still don't know how this whole SEC Championship thing works.

People said this when Arkansas fans said that Arkansas could make the BCS.
