As weird as the end of this college football season has become, I'm very worried about Auburn pulling the upset. Most people are ignoring this game it seems, and talking about all of the rematch scenarios. But this just feels like one of those weird games where Auburn will come out and win, making all of that other stuff moot.

Hope not! Roll tide!

Auburn shouldn't even be able to keep this game close.

They Ranters are looking past Auburn. NOT SABAN.
To be honest, I would like for it to happen, but I see no way it will.

The Iron Bowl is traditionally a close game regardless of where the teams are ranked.

It surprises me so many Bama fans are taking this game as a foregone conclusion. All the talk is about the rematch with LSU

Auburn's biggest problem is Gus Malzahn to UNC/Ole Miss/Wherever.

I sincerely believe he's gameplanning to end the game quickly and focusing more on what he has to do to get his new job moving in the right direction.

Not to mention, we'll be playing three freshmen and a Neiko Thorpe in the secondary.

And our best - not saying much - offensive linemen may be hurt for the game.

And White Cam is not actually White Cam but just a 2 star quarterback from Leroy, Alabama.

Don't worry. It'll be 31-7 and it'll take three hours even with the CBS commercials.

AU will have to play their best game of the year and Bama will have to play their worst just for it to be close going into the 4th quarter. Bama wins this one easily.

The fans are looking past us...unfortunately the team and the coaches are not.

I must say that neither I nor any of my associates have disrespected this rivalry. This is not a true SEC board it is a LSU-hosted SEC board. Go anywhere else and you'll see that we have been waiting for this game. I have been to combat twice and I still say the hardest thing I ever did was walk out of BDS last year, while the Aubies sang Rammer Jammer!

Bama should win big, but I still can't forget Tre Smith running wild. I think this team will be focused b/c there is a lot on the line, but there have been games in the series that did not go the way anyone expected.

you are correct this is one of those games but Saban will have to be outcoached, War Eagles will have to place their best and most complete game of the year and the Tide will have to play its worse game

it could happen but not likely

I respect it. If we win Saturday, whether or not we make it into the BCSNC, this will have been a damn good year with 11 wins including one against Auburn. Lose and it's 10-2 and now we're on a two game losing streak against Auburn.

Regardless of the seasons each team is having, it really is a make or break game for both teams.

Can't wait to watch it with all of my family on Saturday (grandmothers doing her Thanksgiving thing on Saturday). Going to be a great day!

Even if he's outcoached though, I don't think it can make up for the gap in talent.

This game will probably be a blow out. Bama should cover the spread.

Don't see how this is a make or break game for Auburn. We're not playing for anything, other than bragging rights.

Just imagine the shitty look on Robert Smith's dumb-assed face if the War Eagles show up and pull it off!!!!!
