They have literally cancelled the series with big brother Aggie 2 times in our history

2 times they have been afraid to play us annually

Funny that you are using a Gator alter to run this troll. The Gators have had a very good run starting with Spurrier's return to Gainesville, but, before that, they had zero conference championships, let along any national titles. You'd have to be a fairly young Gator fan (with no memory of the pre-Spurrier era) to have the kind of sense of entitlement that Longhorn fans cling to.

No one ever accused our poor little brother in Austin of being smart

Vince young holds a degree but has a below 4th grade reading level

Why is it so many SEC fans are pro a big 12 team like Texas instead of A&M, an SEC team?
there is a very large portion of LSU fans on here who grew up in texas as UT fans, but couldnt get in, so they went to LSU and just continue to hate

Wait- i get that you think having a larger student body makes you somehow better, but by what measure are you arguing that your school is “smarter?”
Academically, you aren’t in the same bracket.
And can you please explain your comment about being “much older?”
You were originally a branch of UT.

And lastly- you made a comment that your campus is prettier? Weird flex anyway but was that meant to be a joke? You have the ugliest buildings of any college I’ve ever been to. The architecture is remiscient of a Russian gulag.

Excited to read your well thought out and articulate rebuttal.

lololololol

This is such a stupid talking point. It literally all depends on what you want to do. You want a business degree you go to UT, if you want an engineering degree you go to A&M

Not everything is about fear.

The whole world can't be broken down into simple kindergarten playground dynamics.

The separation was a miracle for Texas. They dodged some pretty good Aggie teams during the worst point in their history. They were spared some genuine humiliation.

Still, it was never much of a rivalry. Texas dominated in every way in every sport. Texas is also superior in everything that doesn't have to do with sports.

Texas loves that the Big 12 survives without A&M.
A&M loves playing in the SEC.
Everyone is happy.

Texas and A&M will eventually play in a bowl game, and we'll all enjoy it.

Until then, I declare this thread completed, and future subjects like this are forbidden.

Texas said their schedule was busy and they dodged a bullet not playing us in 2012.

This series is over. Trading our Big 12 schedule for an SEC schedule has been great!!!!!

WTF? Are you deliberately trying to prove you are Randolph Duke? Nobody looks at, and masturbates to, that page but you.

You couldn’t fit in all of that response into one post? Too many letters to comprehend for an aggy?

TAMU is going to lap Texas in research soon. It's already almost 50% larger. A&M is a premier public research institution, and can attract the type of funding and projects that a landlocked campus in Austin cannot.

I was responding to your 2 different posts, so same question, Randy.

You couldn't fit it all into one post? Too many letters to comprehend for an Aggies-obsessed psycho?

If the legislature wants to force a match, guess they could. However, they have a lot more urgent issues to deal with.

The two teams will face off in a bowl game pretty soon. Possibly as early as next year

Let's be honest, the game has never been the caliber of Bama-Auburn, tOSU-Michigan, and no where close to Texas-OU. UT and A&M have rarely been really good at the same time.

Neither side misses it as much as initially thought. The OU game has always meant a lot more, and continues to for Texas fans... as far as the direction of the season. Family and coworker bragging rights were fun and all.
