Kelly is ok, but not anything special, the SEC has seen way better QB's over the last 5-10 years.
Given that he has less talent around him this year, I just don't see Ole Miss doing anything of note in regards to contending for championships.
They are capable of knocking off championship teams on any given day though, as we saw last year.

Oh for the love of Christ. Yes. Ole Miss has a legit chance to win the SECW. So does every other team in the SECW because... drum roll please... they are in the SECW.
North Dakota State, despite having a fine winning tradition in football, will not win the SECW because they don't play it. Nor will a tremendous amount of other teams who... wait for it... don't play in the SECW.
5 of the 7 teams in the West have won the division and A&M gets a shrug because they only recently joined. Ole Miss was a 4 and 25 away from winning the West last year.
They've had the bad luck that when they had good teams other programs had better squads. Can they win the West? Sure. Will they win the West? Who knows?
Personally I'm picking Bama and LSU (if they find something vaguely resembling a passing game) to duke it out for the West but odder things have happened then Ole Miss finally winning the SECW.
