It’s a hell of a stadium for sure but I do wonder if the fans miss the smell of leaked oil puddles and plywood in the outfield.

I’m biased but I’ve been to the top 4 in the SEC and would rank them:
1. Dude
2. Baum
3. Swayze
4. Alex Box
Only thing I miss about the old one is the bigger rigs in the outfield

It definitely felt different at first.. But it's grown on me.. Not a bad seat in the house.. Everyone has adjusted and added their own touch to their rigs.. Saying that, state has the best stadium in college baseball. Baum is awesome, box is awesome, founders park is great and so is blue bell. But none of them touch dudy

Old Yankee Stadium sucked. That place lost all its magic and feels during the 1970s renovation and the tweaks they made since then. It didn't compare to Fenway or Wrigley.

There’s no reason why the new Box should be 4th. Not saying that I disagree with your post….but they had to actively TRY to frick that stadium up.
They should be 2nd if it had been made by sane individuals.

Love the new stadium! Liked the old left field lounge but I like the new one better. I don't have a spot in the new LFL, but the new design allows fans to walk all the way around the stadium, stand anywhere on the concourse, and see the game. Except from behind the batter's eye, of course.
